RPGCL said in a tender document on Tuesday that the delivery windows are April 14-15 and April 23-24.
RPGCL issued the tender to the 22 organizations that have signed the MSPA (master sale and purchase agreement) with Petrobangla.
The tender will close on March 23.
Before this tender, RGPCL invited bids on March 12 for three spot LNG cargoes with deliveries during April 1-2, April 12-13, and April 14-15.
This means that RPGCL invited bids again for the April 14-15 delivery.
According to local media reports, Bangladesh bought four spot LNG cargoes for delivery in March.
The suppliers reportedly include Exclerate Energy, TotalEnergies, and Gunvor.
Bangladesh currently imports LNG via two FSRU-based facilities, both of which feature Excelerate Energy’s FSRUs.
The 138,000-cbm FSRU Excellence serves Bangladesh’s first LNG import facility, Moheshkhali Floating LNG or MLNG, operated by Petrobangla.
Excelerate’s 138,000-cbm FSRU Summit LNG serves as the second LNG import facility operated by Summit.
