Hexagon scores REV LNG contract

US liquefied natural gas supplier REV LNG has awarded a $7.8 million contract to compatriot Hexagon Agility.

Under the contract, Hexagon said it would provide mobile pipeline modules to REV LNG.

REV LNG would these modules to transport and deliver renewable natural gas (RNG), according to Hexagon.

The firm did not provide any additional information.

REV LNG, along with partner Pivotal LNG, operates the Towanda liquefaction and storage facility, located in Pennsylvania.

Towanda produces about 50,000 gallons of LNG per day and has 180,000 gallons of storage.

REV has in December trucked LNG from Towanda to Canada’s Hamilton Port for the first-ever LNG bunkering operation in the Great Lakes region.
