HAM launches new CNG, LNG station in Spain

Spain’s HAM Group is continuing to invest in LNG fueling stations for trucks and has opened a new facility in Borriana, Castellon.

Besides LNG, the station in the La Plana Nord service area also supplies compressed natural gas (CNG).

HAM said in a statement the station is located on the AP-7 Kilometer 455, northbound, also known as the Mediterranean highway, axis that connects the entire Spanish Mediterranean coast from the border with France to Guadiaro, province of Cadiz.

The station has been designed and built by HAM Criogenica, making available to the company’s clients two LNG dispensers for heavy vehicles and trucks, and one CNG dispenser for cars, light vehicles and trucks.

The Barcelona-based firm now has more than 100 LNG and CNG service stations spread across Spain but also on the main European land transport routes.

HAM is also expanding its business in Peru with the recent purchase of a 40 percent stake in Peru’s Limagas Movilidad

The firm plans to build a network of LNG fueling stations for vehicles in Peru.
