Energos currently owns and operates nine FSRUs, two floating storage units (FSUs), and two LNG carriers.
In addition, Energos is “actively advancing LNGC conversion projects to deliver timely and economically efficient, full-scale FSRU capacity,” the company said in an update on its fleet availability.
According to the FSRU operator, its 170,000-cbm FSRU Energos Igloo, which currently serves the Dutch Eemshaven LNG import facility, will be available for charter starting in September 2027.
Moreover, the 125,000-cbm FSRU Nusantara Regas Satu, which works for Pertamina’s unit Nusantara Regas in Indonesia’s Jakarta Bay, is expected to be available in December 2027, but this remains subject to a contract extension.
The 125,000-cbm FSRU Energos Freeze, which works in the Dominican Republic, will be available in September 2028.
Other units are on charter from 2030 until 2044. These are Energos Winter (August 2030), Energos Force (April 2033), Energos Power (April 2033), Energos Eskimo (July 2035), Energos Celsius (August 2042), and Energos Nanook (December 2044).
As per FSRU conversions, Energos provided three indicative delivery windows, which are achievable subject to contract execution and project sanction.
These are the second, third, and fourth quarters of 2028.
In August 2022, US LNG player NFE and Apollo formed their $2 billion joint venture, Energos Infrastructure.
However, in February 2024, NFE completed the sale of its 20 percent equity interest to funds managed by Apollo.
